If you have purchased a hair included install packages require at least 4 days prior booking and can only be booked through the site.

For custom units: 7 days before

5-6 days before: $25 charge

2-4 days before: $55 charge

A shampoo is

in all full services

we ask that your hair is completely taken down and detangled from the previous style

if not, a take down will be added to your total

- Please have brows and facial hair groomed

(Incurs a fee of $10)

- Price will remain the same with extensions or personal strips.

last appointment must be booked by 4pm/6pm

before and after hours are available and will incure a Fee of $20-$50 (base $20 +10/hour)

- If you will be late, please contact us.

- After 15 minutes a new deposit will be added to your balance if we are able to keep your appointment.

- Reschedule up to 48 hours prior to your appointment with the same deposit. This deposit is valid for 30 days.

-If you cancel the day of, you will be charged half of your balance.

- If you no show, your card declines that entire day, you will be banned from future booking.
